Staging

The need for staging, even on a very small scale, is often overlooked by most agents. Our goal, through staging, is to help buyers forget that it’s still your house, and start imagining how wonderful it will be to live in their new house- from the time they pull up to the curb until they walk back out the door. .Staging makes the house more memorable and therefore, more marketable. We have in-house agents with staging experience and relationships with other professional staging companies to suit the needs of our clients.
